Who is Dr. Cortney Archbold?

Dr. Cortney Archbold is a general dentist in Erie, PA since 2016, with more than a decade of experience caring for local families. She earned her dental degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, following undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame and Wake Forest University.

Dr. Cortney is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Erie County Dental Association. She is one of only a handful of area dentists providing oral health screenings for Head Start programs, and she has been named a multiple-time finalist for the Erie’s Choice Awards.

At every visit, Dr. Cortney’s approach is simple: listen first, treat like family, and make sure every patient feels comfortable and heard.

Away from the office, Dr. Cortney is a Pittsburgh native, an avid cyclist and runner, an amazing cook, and a proud Steelers and Notre Dame fan.

Hygiene Team

Our hygiene team is dedicated to helping you maintain a healthy smile through personalized preventive care, education, and encouragement. Jenna, the team’s lead, works alongside Morgan, Paige, and Kayla to provide thorough, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s needs. Whether you are visiting for a routine cleaning, periodontal therapy, or guidance on improving your oral health, they are committed to helping you feel comfortable, informed, and confident in your care.

Assisting Team

Our assisting team plays an essential role in your treatment, comfort, and overall experience at CCA Dental Group. Kelsey, is the team’s lead, working with fellow EFDAs Kassidy, Karli, Abby, and David to assist with treatment and help provide efficient, high-quality care. Tessa, our Chairside Dental Assistant, supports both our doctors and patients throughout each appointment, while Avery, our Sterilization Technician and Hygiene Assistant, helps maintain a safe, organized clinical environment and supports the hygiene team. Together, they help ensure that every visit feels comfortable, well coordinated, and centered on you.

Patient Experience Team

Our Patient Experience Team is here to make every step of your visit feel welcoming, organized, and easy to navigate. Jennifer, our Insurance and Team Lead, brings extensive knowledge of dental insurance and patient accounts. Amanda, our Front Office Operations Supervisor, helps oversee the daily flow of the front office and ensures patients receive attentive service. Kathey, our Schedule Coordinator, helps patients find appointment times that meet their needs, while Hannah, our Business Assistant, provides friendly support with scheduling, communication, and other important details. Together, they help coordinate your care and guide you through the often-complex aspects of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling appointment times that work for you.

Business Team

Our Business Team works to support both our patients and our practice by keeping care organized, finances carefully managed, and important details moving smoothly. Heather, our Patient Care Operations Manager, provides personalized care coordination, helping patients understand their treatment recommendations, navigate referrals and financial arrangements, and stay connected throughout each step of their care. Dee, our Insurance Eligibility and Benefits Coordinator, helps verify coverage and clarify insurance benefits before treatment. Linda, our Operations and Finance Manager, oversees the practice’s administrative and financial operations while supporting the entire team in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Together, their knowledge and attention to detail help make each patient’s care feel seamless, well coordinated, and personal.
